Thou shalt not kill! I understand some circumstances regarding how a child was conceived can be extremely hard to deal with. (rape for example) However, there are so many people willing to take in a child that is not their own, it seems cruel to kill an innocent baby.

One may have been raped, but the child that's developing had nothing to do with that. He/she is just the result. What if you were that child?

If it was outlawed everyone would go overseas. Most US businesses outsource their work to different countries already. Medical tourist are mainly from the US, that's people who opt to have operations in another country because it is cheaper. Most products bought in the US is from overseas, if the abortion industry moves it would have severe consequences to the US economy!!

No. Although I wouldnt have one myself unless it was in a case of incest, it needs to remain legal. Its one of those things that is so connected to ones religious and spiritual beliefs that to outlaw it is to inflict ones own religious dogma on others. In my world veiw, the choice of spiritual paths is a fundamental right asnd I feel it would go against our Constitution to take that right away.I dont believe that early abortion should be criminal.

NO. Abortions are going to take place whether it is legal or not. Why revert back to the dark ages when women used coat hangers? Governments should not dictate what a woman can do with her body.

I think we should outlaw abortion accept in cases of rape, incest and when the health of either is at serious risk

then we should broaden the laws that exist in some states that allow a women to force a guy to have a paternity test and if it shows they are the father, they have to pay to help raise the child until it is 18

i think that all men that are incapable of fatherhood should be forced to have a vasectomy. I don't know how vasectomy is spelled, because I hope I never have to have one.

and likewise for incapable women.

Incapable meaning unable to support or care for a child in any way.

If a teenager has a child at an early age (say 15 or 16) then they shall be forced to have one, seeing as they are unable to keep control of what they do on their own.

no, because it will mark a return to the back alley abortion clinics where young girls will die from botched and unsterile operations done by quacks who are just in it for the $$$..

This is what happened in the 60's.
A lot of teen girls died by bleeding to death.
