Yeah, well He wants to make sure that those who are rewarded with a beer volcano and a stripper factory are REALLY gonna enjoy it. He doesn't want anybody harshing on the good times.

Lets not start in on the Catholics now. They're too easy to pick on. It's like the French...whats the point anymore? I mean who else would elect a former Nazi Youth to lead a spiritual organization?
As for the FSM, he's really just a front for another tentacled deity, He Who Sleeps. Yes, Cthulhu. And one day, when the stars are right, the sunken city of R'yleth will rise from the ocean and Dead Cthulhu who lays dreaming shall awaken and rise and usher in the ruination of humanity.
Worship He Who Sleeps so that you too may be among the first sacrificed to His Sleepiness.

The FSM is tricky that way.
I think he's using christianity as way to make sure that he weeds out the less intelligent with a false religion.

As far as I know, there is nothing in recorded history to even suggest that anyone ever saw a FSM and then changed their life to become a follower.
As for Christ, Something must have happened to make people who had grown up as faithful Jews, give up all they had to become followers. They had to see something. If it was just a hoax, then why would the apostles have continued after Christ was killed. It was obviously not for personal gain, since most of them lost everything and were eventually killed.
When your FSM can produce the same type of followers, let me know.
God Bless You

I think Jesus defied the Flying Spaghetti Monster when he took Garlic Bread and gave it to his disciples and said " This is my body , eat me " .
