I got a simple question to all you sinners out there.......Why should I pay for the sin that Adam and Eve comitted????? 1st of al,l I was not the one who got the fruit from the tree. 2nd of all ,I didn't even know them ....(I don't care if they were my ancestors) and last but not least if God already knows everything that's going to happen..why would he put Adam and Eve near the tree in the first place when he knew that devil was going to be there???..If it wasn't for this event I would be in perfect paradise..so when i see Adam I'm going to have to kick his *** and as for Eve im going to slap her for convinving Adam to do it... thanks..have a good day

When I was a section leader I had Jews, Mormans, Christians, Atheists all doing their jobs together like brothers. When I became the Plt Sgt I promoted my Christian layperson to my old position. He began removing everyone that was not Christian from his section. This put people in leadership positions that were not ready for the responsibility. I confronted him about it. He told me, "I don't belive they will have my back like my Christian brothers." I asked him about all the times he relied on me and even how I had saved his life. He answered with, "But your diffrent." He never gave a good reason why I am diffrent. I have put his section back how I think it should be.

What justification could he have for segrigating his section?

If he had a good argument I would let him run his section however he saw fit. Otherwise I see it as him setting himself up for failure.

why is it your duty to try and "save" me? why is your way of living and thinking superior to mine? am i not an equal human being to you? what makes you think i should give you any consideration at all? aren't you being a little arrogant? why can't you respect others and their way of life? wave to jesus till your arm falls off i don't care. why can't you people mind your own business. don't answer with any bible verses either. it's a copout. use your own words not someone elses.

There's been no crime reported in my street in the 3 years I've been living here: pretty odd if they are all sinners.

It is a morning prayer:

The morning sun has risen now
Can let us turn to God in prayer
And beg him shield our soul from harm
Each hour, each moment, everywhere
Thus when nightfall come
God grant us still perserving in his grace
May sing his praises worthily.

Do you balance powerful emotive forces of sorrow, fear and anger produced by discovery of truth about the fractal infernal temporal nature of self and world with powerful emotive forces of joy, faith and love produced by myths about the divine eternal nature of self and world?

Frankly, I love reading the bible. I also read other religious works. When it comes to Christ's teachings, as they were described by his apostles, I don't think any honest person could say they're anything other than truly beautiful. But the broad chasm between what he obviously was, and what I see in the condemning, pointing fingers of Christianity, is astounding. Frankly, although I think most Christians are great people, as quickly as they start talking (most of them), the very spirit of what they are betrays who they claim to follow.

So ..... I love the teachings of many religions and philosophies, Christ's teachings included. Is there something wrong with seeing divine inspiration in Christ's teachings, and a foul twisting of original intent in the dogmas of modern Christians? Or have they risen to such arrogance to believe that denying them is par unto denying Him?

I am interested in becoming a member of a certain local church. I am not currently a member of a church. The problem is that since I am not of that denomination, I am supposed to get baptized. I have already been baptized and have been a Christian for many years. The purpose for the baptism, I guess, is to assure that I have been baptized under this denomination's preferences. I was baptized by immersion, which is the same as what this denomination does. I do not want to become a member of this church to enter into this denomination. I don't really agree with denominationalism. I want to become a member of this church so that I can become more involved in the workings of the Church. I feel like I am part of the Church (notice the capitalization) and there is no need to be baptized again just to set others' minds at ease. (I have not yet talked to the pastor about becoming a member.) What do you think? If there are biblical reasons to get re-baptized, then I will. Can you help me?

Last week before departing for the beach I challenged the holy ghost.
It never showed up. I insulted its mother and called a slimeball.

Still, no show. I must conclude that either this holy ghost is a fiction or it is an impotent, lower-class spirit with no courage.
Do Xians have a reasonable explanation for the failure of the holy ghost to take up my challenge?

Ok, let's say that somewhere in the world there was a society of people who have never so much as heard of god or gods or whatever you believe in, if they were all peaceful and loving towards each other would they get sent to hell when they die?

Have you ever sensed something is going to happen before it does? Do you sometimes feel you can read people's minds? If you answered "yes" to these questions, you might have the sixth sense: extra-sensory perception — also known as ESP.

Psychic ability is more common than you might think. Scientific studies show that almost everyone has some level of ESP — and that you can enhance the psychic skills you have.

Tell me your experience?

I am a saved woman with a daughter, been members at a local baptist church for the last year or so, my church is small and isn't growing and I have been praying about where the Holy spirit would want me. I am visiting several baptist churches, considering nondenominational and churches of God, looking for simular believing christains who could offer descipleship, bible studys, and good childrens minasterys that is growing. I am a lil confused about the different beliefs/denominations, I haven't been to my home church much at all because of visiting other churches and I feel overwhelmed, I read out of kjv and nlt. The reason I am looking at other churches is because of the church I have been attending is not growing and I have not been able to be discipled, I have been praying to God to lead me where He wants me. Any suggestions would be helpful, I am looking in the Franklin & Middletown Ohio area's Ohio.
