Hazrat Issa [PBUH] has not come as yet as the signs of his coming to earth are not in sight. He will definitely come on the earth and when he does he wont need support of Jews or Christians for he will have the support of Allah the All Mighty.

if you talking about Jesus resurrection ...etc I say : yes .... in Islamic beliefs that Jesus ( that which he's a prophet of muslims , too ) will be resurrected and pray with Al Mahdi , the promised successor of prophet Muhammed .
I'd like to correct informations of dannish ... yes ,in Islam , Jesus is one of the greatest prophets , but he's "God's spirit" , not a son of God .... how can God have a son ??? having sons is a creature's attribute ....
