OK let me explain, i belong to NO religion i read and study the bible. GOD is the biggest part of my life. I study and respect all religions. i have been studying with the pastor of our local Islam church and i find his teachings to be up lifting. I cant say i totally believe the way they do because there is still a lot i dont know. all i want to do is find a place where i belong. and right now right this minute. I feel good when i study with them. but every one is freaking out telling me I'm going to H-ll and that i need to turn my life over to Jesus. and Muslims do believe in Jesus. i just dont understand why other people say they dont. can any one explain this to me? Ive been thinking about becoming Muslim but I'm still not sure. I'm true to what i believe and i cant belong to any religion that doesn't support my faith. and so far i haven't found any at all im still searching and i hope GOD will show me where i belong

they issued fatwa against salman rushdi.against one couple in india. in this case the husband in a drunken state said talak three times and in the next morning he repented and told the religiour heads that he really did not mean it. but the imams, heads of islam issued a fatwa that that couple be separated against the wishes of that couple. in another instance, father in law raped his daughter in law and the local heads of islam issued a fatwa that the daughter in law be separated from her husband and treat her father in law as her husband. my question is why the heads of islamic religion do not issue fatwas,directives, against all the terrorists,belonging to their religion to shun the path of violence and not to cause death of innocent civilians by doing 9/11, mumbai blasts and recently foiled attempt by british muslims of pakistan origin.

Why is it evil to want to be free and be your own ruler? Why I can't I be myself without the threat of eternal damnation and burning hellfire? Why is it so wrong to just want to exist for me? This is the question so many are asking themselves without actually spouting it out. When you sit in the church and wonder why the Hell you are sitting there! WHY IS IT WRONG TO WANT TO BE FREE?

Do you really believe that everyone who doesn't believe in jesus will go to hell? It seems that if jesus truely knew the inside of everymans heart he would know if one is serious in his convictions or not. If someone could not bring themselves to believe in jesus due to other religion, or beliefs then do you really think jesus would punish those who may be at a "disadvantage" to know the gosple...i mean who has a better chance of becoming christian..the ministers daughter, or the whores daughter.

ok I know I am biased here but if other Arab nations wanted to truly help end the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians why don’t they open their borders to their Muslim brothers and allow them to immigrate to other Muslim nations and become citizens like Israel did for Jewish Arabs after 1948?

I mean if Israel is truly mistreating the Palestinians then why not help them out? I would bet you Israel would even pay for the expenses.

I believe He does look like that cause people has seen Jesus in dreams and vision unlike the Muslims they dont even know how Muhammad looks like till this day. Here in New Mexico, i've been to a bunch of native American pueblos / reservations / villages and almost all have a big sign saying no photography, filming, drawing, painting, sketching, etc.... and anyone who does will be fined. Is this a part of their religious belief? The reservations, can sometimes be quite beautiful, but i will respect their request as they have asked.

I am a Christian but have some trouble understanding preordination. Like a factious book that is to be released in 2 days. The author knows all about the book start, finish, all in between. The readers know nothing about the story. The author has prescripted/preordained what will happen. The readers can't change it. How be it fictional,the characters in the book can't change anything, all things are scripted and in place. Is our life like that? God the author and we are going through the prescripted/preordained motions as the book (our lives) dictitates. If so, what choice do we have? The book (our life) is already set and we had nothing to do with it. Is that the way it is? God knows all things. He saw us in our mothers womb and before. I WILL be saved but this troubles me. Could Hitler have changed his life? Did he have a choice or was he a kind of "scape goat?" A guy gets killed in war. Had no choice in the matter. Did nothing wrong. The Muslims say that the Jews are foreigners in the Middle East. That they need to return to Europe, where they came from.

Then how can they explain the contradiction in this situation where Muhammad encountered and defited Jewish tribes. And, in addtion, one of his wives was Jewish (from the same tribe that he defited)?

Can someone explain this contradiction, if Jewish people are from Europe only, how come they are mentioned as a tribe and from where was his Jewish Wife?
