Unless you want to sit under a tree for a few years, and look for answers, you'll need a teacher. That implies religion. Then you must do as the teacher says, that is obediance. Go, sit under a tree, and ask yourself if Adam had a belly button. Contemplate your own belly button. Look, don't ask, or you'll get the opposite of what you seek.
