I would love to have women as the dominate force of power in office.But I don't think it would change everything.It would put things in perspective from a feminine point of view rather then a masculine point of view.But in the end, women can be just as power hungry as men.And the Rapture is never going to happen because it is a made up story that many of it's believers have been waiting and will continue to wait seeing everything and anything as a sign and I see it for what it really is.A waste of time.But a thousand years of peace?First we would need to eliminate a few things.Hate and religion would be the first two things we would need to get rid of if peace could ever survive.

Yes, I agree with you that men have made a mess of this world. It would be interesting to see what women could do in their place. However, the antichrist will be the one to usher in the "end times" . The rapture occurs when Jesus returns and the 1000 years with Christ follows immediately.The time for this has alrady been appointed. There is Nothing men or woman can do to speed it up or slow it down.

Yes, yes and YES!

Lets have an example - Kuwait is controlling all oil supplies in the world, and thus monopolising the industry.

Man's approach: BLOW THE SH** OUT OF THEIR ****** ******. TAKE OVER THEIR ***** COUNTRY. ***** YEAH! MY OIL!

Woman's approach: Diplomatically, the best way to solve this would be to approach Kuwait authorities and suggest that there may be a problem here. Form a UN for oil, trade something for oil. Have a separate government for oil. If all of these fail, attempt reason. If powerful countries have less oil, there will be problems for the global economy, thus affecting Kuwait's economical stability. Does Kuwait really want to become a target by other countries?

What dod you notice about the woman's approch? NO VIOLENCE.

(No offence towards Kuwait or oil authorities intended, this was purely an example to illustrate my point)

Also, to those out there saying "Women are ment to serve below men" and "God did not intend for women to rule"
THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I AM AN ATHEIST. This sexist crap is apalling. Women are equal to men in every way.

Has is ever occured to anyone how sexist god is?

There are different kinds of women, most of the ones in politics wouldn't do anything different then the men in power. If average women started ruling now, I think the world would become more peaceful, but if they had ruled from the beginning I don't think it would have made a difference.

I think the best Democracy would give certain groups more votes than others. Something like this:

Mothers = 5 votes
Grandmothers = 5 votes
Fathers = 3 votes
Grandfathers = 3 votes
Married woman = 2 votes
Married man = 1 vote
Single woman = 1 vote
Single man = -1 vote

Every person can have the opportunity to make this world a betterplace regardless of gender or sexual preferences. As long as man forgets his selfish motives, there can be peace! There had been women, as well as men, who had been rulers in different parts of the world and yet there was no worldwide peace. If only all of us have that mantle of divinity in us, there will be no need for rulers, because each of us can control our behavior. That will be utopia, somewhere in our mind . But if we can think it , then we can make it happen.

Women and men are both capable of leading. It wont make much of a difference. Women and men have different strengths so if they could improve the world in one way it may lack otherwise. But that is also dependant on the person. So the answer is not really.

God did not intend for women to rule the world but when he sees how some men are doing it he might change his mind. That's why we need to vote and try to keep the best people in office. This is not to say that women are not as smart or intelligent as men most of us are if not more so.

Well the world isnt really ruled by men at the moment is it? We dont really have anything to compare it to. And not all women are stereotypically neat tidy and peaceful. There are just as many female pyschos as there are male. Maybe we just picked the wrong men and they screwed up.
