No matter if we are talking about christians, muslims, etc. The need to believe for them must be strong, to believe in something that doesn't give one shred of evidence. Is it weak minds?

Constant bible quotes, LONG answers to questions, and don't forget the repeat use of the english translation to the divine name(Jehovah). Any one? And please, if you don't like them, be polite. If a organization is of man, it will fade in it's own time, but if it really is of God, would you want to put yourself against him?

Why does God only focus on earth and allow us to exsist on this tiny planet? When he has the whole Universe to create other life forms?

Why does God demand that Christianity be so exclusive and be the ONLY representative of God; and why does Christianity as it has been developed by man believe that it is the final?
And that it is not possible for anything more representative of the ineffable God ever to come along?

It is factual that::
- Jesus Christ never said that he was the divine; but 300 years after his Crucificion, then men of the Church did.
- In the Language that the New Testament was originally written in, the scriptures do not say the Jesus was the only son of God, 400 years after the Crucifiction, the men of the church did.
- Jesus asked his followers to love their enemys; but the men of the Church directed a Crusade which killed the Christian Cathers simply because they had left the Church.

Answer my Questions please. Also I am not attacking Christianity.

Why is that when youre tired you seem to be the most tempted to get into fleshy things. I have been averaging 5-6 hours of sleep a night for a week and suddenly this afternoon I fell into a 3 hour nap...and I woke up a while ago and now I am eating cookies like crazy...and if a cute boy was here I just MIGHT ask him for a kiss.Why is it that I feel this way when Im really tired or short on sleep ? Kind of devouring sweets and running really low on inhibition ?

I admit that I don't have all the answers, and therefore try to keep an open mind about religion and the existence of God.
I cannot be 100% positive there is or isnt a God.
And yet, most people seem to be so sure about their ideology, without the ability to prove it one way or another.

She's been in the hospital since 6-21-06,
with severe head injuries from ex bf who beat her.

She has been in a coma for over 3 weeks, and I am very worried for her.
Doctors say not much brain activity which means very likely she will have permanent brain damage : ( ........ but I'm still praying she will recover fully.

I would greatly appreciate your prayers for April to regain her health. Thanks in advance for your concern.

in some kind of riddles to be interpreted by scholors of the bible?Does'nt he want as many people to believe in him as possible?Does he just want the elite few that can understand the bibles meaning?Why does he make himself so mysterious to the people whom would believe in him if they could see or feel something in which they have never experienced before? I myself have been a little borderlined on believing or not believing,yet I do see things in the big picture, that there is more than what surrounds me. I'm not saying there is an explaination for everything,yet some things are a no brainer!!. I do like math and science and I believe that has alot to do with my sceptism. It's hard for me to believe anything I can't touch,see,or smell?[Even then I have questions]So why did'nt God simplify his existence?I can't believe in blind faith.

A recent article on livescience.com says that the U.S. ranks next to last in understanding genetics and accepting Evolution. Why is that? It's very easy to understand. First you have to look at "Artifical" selection, which is something humans do.

Just look around you right now at dogs, cats, cows and even wheat and corn. There are hundreds of different variety of these organisms. We encouraged one type and discouraged another. In just a few thousands years, look at the variety of life.

Now if such a change happened in that short of time, just imagine what happens when "Natural" selection, a process that takes BILLIONS of years. Look around at all of the beauty of the natural world. Evolution is right in front of you. It's up to you to accept it or not.

Most modern religions will not allow you to accept this. So which is wrong, Science or religion? If we claim to be the most intelligent species on the planet, we must accept the discoveries made by Science.

Is it stupid to even think that the antichrist could possibly come out of our america?Many americans think that is absurd. But consider this, the antichrist is suppossed to win the world over because he suppossed to be this great man who will bring hope to all our world problems. The world will marvel and follow him and think he is a great man! This can never happen with someone from the middle east or china ! The world does not trust them period! I mean what perfect way to do this than a us president! We suppose to stand for truth and justice right? I can totally see a us president winning the world over! This question is not meant to offend,but to consider a possibility. What if we get a president that can bring peace to the middle east? Won't you be a little worried?What if he started solving our economic problems? We would be no different from the people of germany. We will believe in him in just as they believed in Hitler! Think about it. Why not the US ? Why another country?

I accept the possiblility of Purgatory (latin for "through fire" I believe) for the cleansing of man before entering heaven. I accept the valid arguement of the Catholic church.

I accept that Jesus is Judge and that all must "go through Him to enter into heaven."

These beliefs defend God as Righteously Jealous (He is just so Good).

Can you then attempt to sway me with scripture?
