There are so many different organisations, whats the point, the catholics are probably laughing their heads off at them...

Just think: one day a week where the only thing you have to do is get out of bed, feed yourself, and go to the bathroom. No dishes, no laundry, no mowing the lawn, no picking up, no cooking, NOTHING. Just rest.........

And with 52 weeks in a year, that equals 52 days out of every year to do NOTHING. That's like having a month and a half off!

Was God born out of chaos? If so, does that make God's existence meaningless? Would that, in turn, make OUR existence meaningless? Or could we still give meaning to our own existence?

I believe in it but i don't think anyone goes there. doesn't jesus forgive everyone for their sins? i don't think he has changed his mind since he died on the cross.

many many people. I fear the future because of ignorance and pure stupidity not the "devil."
I look forward to the future because of new ideas and new interpretations, not 2000-5000 yr old fundamentals.
No question here sorry everyone.

"There is no explanation you can give that would explain away all the sufferings and evil and torture and destruction and hunger in the world! You'll never explain it. You can try gamely with your formulas, religious and otherwise, but you'll never explain it. Because life is a mystery, which means your thinking mind cannot make sense out of it. For that you've got to wake up and then you'll suddenly realize that reality is not problematic, you are the problem." http://www.demello.org/article2.html

To believe God and Jesus are belief based. Not behavior based.
To believe in the Bible Literally but then interpret it as your church sees fit.
To judge others. That is not your place.
To spread the word of fear and guilt, not love and kindness.
To believe in 2000+ yr old fundamentals, literally by Gods many laws people should still be executed for many ridiculous things.
To pick and choose the laws in the bible that suit you instead of using you God-given Common sense.
To believe the devil is out to get you,.
All your beliefs are sad ugly scary guilt fear riddin and Jesus was none of these.
Please dont quote or interpret the Bible for me I have read it several times.
Remember by definition literal and fundamental means no interpreting
You all make me sad.

I've been wondering about those poor little guys. Heck of a life they lead (except for a lucky few). Where do they end up?

If you knew you had only one more month to live, would you seek out God, religion or other spiritual creed? Do you ever think about whether God is real or what is on the other side after death? Do you think people are too caught up in their lives and relatively menial problems to care?

people do good things to survive and evil things to survive as well. Is good and evil the same (survival) just looked at from two different perspectives?
