the words themselves are already different. See the spelling of 'good' and 'evil' are they the same?

If you're talking about pure survival, as in either you will survive or you will not, then no, there is no difference between good and evil as you only have one option. In order for there to be good and evil, you must be presented with a choice. To kill someone in order to preserve your own life is not wrong, but there must be no alternatives available. For example, if you're trapped in the woods with only one bottle of water, is it wrong to kill someone to keep the bottle for yourself, so you can survive? Of course, because the two of you could work together to find your way out of the woods, sharing the water.
Evil is bringing harm to others, usually accompanied by selfish gain. In other words, you're profiting at the expense of others' wellbeing, and that's evil. Good is the opposite, helping others when it is of no benefit to yourself to do so.

No. Actions are either good or evil based on the moral law, which exists beyond our ability to influence. While people may do many different things in order to "survive", their desire to live does not negate moral law. The end does not justify the means.

Depends one's attitude of value towards life. If you like to make life suffer and learn though fear, it's evil. If you give it love and understanding, then it's good. The question now it what is love and what is fear? That's easy, they're opposites! Hate and fear come hand in hand. You may not notice it because its hidden únder your wrath! Muhahahahahah! Good and evil can seem the same, but that's only because people have different values. Their "love" is so inconsistant. Consistancy is another essential element in love.

we are incapable of percieving true good and true evil.
if we could, the two would become one and cancel each other out.
we would then be in the true reality.
oneness.
