Constant bible quotes, LONG answers to questions, and don't forget the repeat use of the english translation to the divine name(Jehovah). Any one? And please, if you don't like them, be polite. If a organization is of man, it will fade in it's own time, but if it really is of God, would you want to put yourself against him?

Don't get confused, I enjoy the long answers with the reasoning that is mostly perfect logic that is easy to understand, to those with open ears.

The last part of your comment was very intersting. Because "if" Jehovah's Witnesses are mistaken, what really is the worst that can happen to them? They follow Bible teachings closer than any religion I have ever seen, and because of that fact, they for the most part, are some of the happiest people on this earth.

Because of following these Bible principles, they don't suffer many of the "self-inflicted" problems that many people deal with today.

"If" Jehovah's Witnesses are wrong...and there is not going to be a paradise restored to the Earth following the destruction of all wickedness at Armageddon,

then, when JW's die...they will receive a favorable judgement from God anyway because of their high moral standards.

However, "if" Jehovah's Witnesses are correct in their understanding of the Bible, http://www.watchtower.org/library/t19/survive.htm
it is time to learn more about the Bible and what it is that God requires of each of us, in order for us all to gain his favor.

Jehovah's Witnesses—Who Are They? What Do They Believe?

Who Are They?

They are
interested in you
IT IS the desire of Jehovah's Witnesses that you become better acquainted with them. You may have met them as neighbors and fellow employees or in other daily affairs of life. You may have seen them on the street, offering their magazines to passersby. Or you may have spoken briefly with them at your door.

Actually, Jehovah's Witnesses are interested in you and your welfare. They want to be your friends and to tell you more about themselves, their beliefs, their organization, and how they feel about people and the world in which all of us live. To accomplish this, they have prepared this brochure for you.

In most ways Jehovah's Witnesses are like everyone else. They have normal problems—economic, physical, emotional. They make mistakes at times, for they are not perfect, inspired, or infallible. But they try to learn from their experiences and diligently study the Bible to make needed corrections. They have made a dedication to God to do his will, and they apply themselves to fulfill this dedication. In all their activities they seek guidance from God's Word and his holy spirit.

There are a lot of denominations I don't understand. 3 of them being Catholic, Mormon and Jehovah's Witnesses.
I would like to learn more about why the believe the way they do. But, I NEVER see myself converting to that way of thinking. I think I will happily stay nondenominational.

Isaiah 43:10 “YOU are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “even my servant whom I have chosen, in order that YOU may know and have faith in me, and that YOU may understand that I am the same One. Before me there was no God formed, and after me there continued to be none.

Dont get them confused with us fundies. Witnesses may write a book, but we keep it short with the hell threats.

I don't care. If they're the ones writing the really long answers, I wouldn't know because I don't bother to read them.

I hadn't paid attention, but some of my religion questions are like reading a book. =/

If you think we should be polite, you might try teaching us by your own actions, which you failed miserably in doing so with your question. God Bless you.
