The Christian disapproval of gays has become almost fetishised to the exclusion of so many world problems.
Can you perhaps suggest some more pressing things for Christians and for all of us to be focussing on today.

The passage you mention in Colossians 2:16 is actually being written to someone who is following Sabbath, dietary laws, new moons and the like. Paul was a Pharisee till the end and was one whom believed in resurection/Messiah and upheld the law till his death.

Christians are you passionately in love with Jesus Christ? Christ loves you in the most passionate sense He is not willing to share you with all other things. Can you say that your life is a love affair with Christ? I want mine to be.

I'm driving a '72 Dodge Demon (completely restored) http://www.angelfire.com/pa3/vinspage/. Lately I've been noticing that I'm having impure thoughts when I get behind the wheel. Do you think that my car could be possessed?

If you think I should get another car, what would be a proper car for a good Chrisitan man to drive, one that wouldn't cause me to have these impure thoughts?

According to a book titled "The Project", he can't. In its sci-fi type story, it shows that the redeemer of mankind was originally its creator, and also the one who caused original sin. By treating humans the way he did, with violence and brutality , he caused them to be sinful: which also made him obligated to eventually die for all those sins. Acting like a pompous, self-serving tyrant in the Old Testament, he set a terrible example for humans to follow. Later, when he came to earth to undo all this, his efforts met with limited success. No one in the book is referred by an actual Bible name, but it's not that hard to figure out who's being spoken of. If you find this concept fascinating, or even outrageous, you should check it out by going to iuniverse.com and reading the book's first chapter. Just type in the author's name, James Joseph, and you'll be taken directly to where you can read it.

Christians keep telling me I can't get round the "homosexuality is sin" thing no matter what I say I lose, actually I totally skip it because I don't follow Christianity so it has no jurisdiction over me...I must point out that even if Christianity was totally gay-friendly I would still not follow it because I do not see any truth or reality in Christianity... still there are gays who are Christians and the Christian view negatively affects the way all gays are treated.

Do you think I should not be concerned how my fellow gays who happen to be Christians are unreasonably treated and defamed by their church?

Can you give me "PROOF" that LOVE exists? I mean you can feel it and it feels real but can you prove it's existence? If you can't provide Proof of love then why ask me for PROOF of God? And I am not asking about parental love. That is a natural thing. I am asking about that love which a man or woman has for their mate that transcends all selfishnes. When one loves their partner so deeply that they would risk or give their lives to save them. Or when they are willing to spend years taking care of them. Where is the proof?Just a thought I had.Not trying to be rude so let's be pleasant please.

It's sexual theology. You may choke on the prayer "Our MOTHER who art in heaven" but the charge that generations of male clergy have turned god into a projection of their own mysogynistic selves at least deserves a straight answer. Does their gender issue have any bearing on survival at the last judgement?
