There is nothing to show that this is anything more than fiction. Besides centuries of brainwashing that is.

And if you can't, at the very least, admit that this MAY be true, YOU ARE BRAINWASHED!

A) A group of atheists who band together on yahoo answers to fight a "war on god"

B) A group of theists who answer these absurd questions on yahoo with "oh no! don't do that you'll go to hell"

I of course am in group A, and find it silly an absurd that people in group B took me seriously, but heh, they believe there actually is a man in the sky to go to war against so, to each his own.

May the non-God have mercy on your souls for not joining our cause against the God-God

Is it just possible that as fulfillment of the Gospel of John, that she just wanted his mental attention for ten minutes to give him a message of peace from God and that there were others that wished to prevent this message from getting to him.

I am from Bradford and have seen with my own eyes the youth become more devout post September 11. My troublesome friends have grown beards and have changed significantly for the better.
However this has also given rise to "ghettoised" seclusion from the rest of Britain. The way the media has twisted Islam so grossly means that the next generation of white youths is going to grow up with a resentment for muslims, all because of a disassociated, blurred portrayal of ISLAM.

I know a number of churches and hospitals have them, but I'm looking for a business that has done it for their employees...maybe as part of a wellness program.

Thanks

in christian beliefe many conradictions r there!
-different beliefs in the god and jesus, sometimes the jesus is god, sometimes the jesus is the son of god, other times the god is jesus.othertimes there r three gods!
-the belief that jesus was crucified to relieve our sins? i wonder if a god will create people to crucify and torture him!!!if he has the aim of relieving our sins he can do it without being crucified as he is the judge.besides does this mean that christians can do whatever they like as they have no more sins!
-the jesus lived a human life he was born, grown as child, and then as man.he was eating food and drinking water, and had all other bodily functions.so he is a man! the belief in as god is greek pagan in origin, they were calling great people as gods or sons of god!
many other conradictions are present including the corruption of the bible ,and the presence of conradicting texts!

Why do you think we care?
"It says you'll lose in the bible."
Who cares?
Just because you say your god is going win doesn't make it so.

Alright, so we begin with there being only Heaven, only perfection. Then Lucifer chooses to defect. But for him to even be able to choose to do so, God had to allow it, right, because nothing can happen without God's approval, right? So then there's a war in Heaven, so war isn't this amazingly unique human invention after all - it's just one more legacy handed down direct from up above. But if there was war and sin before humanity was even created, doesn't that mean that Heaven would be a lot different from what people commonly think - i.e., end to all suffering, all questions, all hardship. If sin is built into perfection, then it seems like Heaven would be more like a refined version of Earth. Input, please.

Why are questions on sharia law, particularly those involving Hadd offences always removed from this forum?

Twelve northern Nigerian states voted to bring in sharia law, so presumably they must believe there are benefits to the system. Can anyone please explain the system in a deeper way than the sensationalist headlines we occasionally get in the West?

please dedicate your intelligence elsewhere. what are you doing? why are you wasting your time? for argument's sake? who cares. listen, we all know the faithful are silly people who believe in silly things. we're not going to change their mind - and they're not going to change ours. who cares about "understanding" them. it's just pointless. you're better off thinking about how to solve world hunger, or how to usher in an era of world peace, or how to create a toaster than won't burn your toast. conversing with the faithful is pointless and frustrating.

America was founded on the concept of rebellion against the divinely mandated government. The bible says that rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft to god. So, technically America was founded on the principles of witchcraft and not the principles of Christianity where we are to render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's and unto God that which is Gods and we are to obey the earthly governments because the are ordained by god. Americans love to rebel against authority, it is in their blood. There are many christians in America that believe that they will move to the state of heaven when they die. Do you think these Americans will lead another popular revolt against the authority in heaven if they are not satisfied with the current management?
