The prophecie is in Ezekiel!! How can one believe this is the word of God???!!

people who think that the father the son and the hold spirit are three differnet people have it all wrong, they are all one. jsut read the bible if you want to know more and if you don't belive in the father son and holy spirit don't try to answer this question.that means people that are different religons.

I was visited by Mormons at my door "selling" their religion and for a laugh I invited them in. They showed me pictures of people in heaven and they all looked just like they would have on earth...a grandma wearing an apron; a grandpa smoking a pipe, etc. They said I could be much happier if I converted to their religion and accepted Jesus. I said "Well, I'm happy enough...I don't want to be any happier." They were dumbfounded and didn't know what to say...and then they left. Do you think that was a good answer?

When people flagrantly violate scripture such as the following:

"Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD." (Lev 19:18)

"For who knoweth what is good for man in this life, all the days of his vain life which he spendeth as a shadow? for who can tell a man what shall be after him under the sun?" (Ecc. 6:12)

"Judge not, that ye be not judged." (Mat. 7:1)

"Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets." (Mat. 7:12)

Why should we accept these people? Isn't it clear that the Bible condemns them?

So, we have God the father, God the son and God the holy ghost. All the 1 person right? Now mary was made pregnant by the holy ghost ( the father and the son) and she gave birth to the son ( the father and the ghost). So, Jesus was his own father and Mary was knocked up by her unborn son? Have I got that right? Must be fun at Xmas dinner at their house.

What if the BTK killer was never caught but on his death bed repented? Are we STILL to say that we are no better or worse a person than he is? Then why DO we even have laws at all?
Shouldn't the real laws be : do whatever you want, kill, whatever, because acts don't matter. and then arrest and burn everyone who "denies Jesus" at the stake? why not?

Does that sound absurd? Of course it does. So don't say Charles Darwin on his deathbed stopped believing in evolution and became a Christian because its not true.

Say for example, why would born again Christians say that they are no better a person than say a child rapist and a murderer if they "repented"?
And if all sin is the same in God's eyes, then
What Should Be the Motivation for all us sinners not going out raping and killing, why don't we? And does that also suggest that one who never gets caught for commiting acts of savagry but later "repents" really never gets any punishment for their actions? OMG. what a horrible religion, but anyway.....your thoughts......

Ok entrance into Heaven has nothing to do with ur good works and how moral u are. So if I accepted Jesus as my savior, does that mean I can become slightly more evil than I was before? Whats the maxium amount of evil I can be to still be allowed in to heaven?

As Christians, how do you decide what scriptures are to be followed? I have noticed alot of quotes backing up certain topics that seem to dismiss other teachings of the bible.

I am not trying to be a smart-aleck and not looking for snide remarks. I am curious.
