Because God gave us free will to choose what ever religion we believe. It is a shame that so many choose unwisely.

We should divide all false believes from Christianity because we serve a living savior. All other religions serve a dead god. The Lord Jesus Christ died for the sins of the world. He was buried and took our sins away and He rose again the third day for our justification. All other so called gods are still in the graves. Hindus believe they are come back as animals and so their people are starving to death because they will not kill animals. The Muslim worship the suns god and believe they should kill all Christians and if they do then they get into paradise with virgins. You need to check out other religions and ask this question do they allow Christian in their country?

People often believe what they want to believe, and think that God will be pleased, no matter what. As a matter of fact, that's the cornerstone of Hinduism; God appeared to each villiage in a different form and gave them all different (and often contradictory) commands.
We can only be united religiously if we all go by the same standard, and I, for one, could never be converted to Islam. Mohammed claimed that he climbed an enormous staircase and saw the stars hanging from the roof of the sky by silver chains - and claimed that it was literal, and not just a vision. Islam has been disproven, even though some choose not to see it.

It happened a long time ago in the same area. At least 6000 years ago. Abraham had two sons. The first was with his concubine, and the second was with his wife Sara. The first son Ishmael left and from him came the Muslim religions, From his Second son Issac came Judaism and Christianity, Hindu was in another part of the world and possibly has origins even before Muslim and Judaism, Christianity

You probably dont like this answer but its satan behind it all. What tells me that Christianity, as Christ Himself wants it and showed it, is true is that you can believe what you want nad no one gets offended. Even teachers in public schools in nebraska were teaching the kids about thr koran and islam in general, in michigan they have the muslim call to prayer through the a town there. All the movie stars and such believe and practice kaballah or buddism or whatever and no one says anything. But if openly show and profess to be a christian then everyone gets offended, laws suits break out parents get angry and what not. There is no dobt that Christ is the Son of God and His religion is true. Man dont like rules and regulations and some didnt and dont believe in Christ so they started other"christian" RELIGIONS to please them and to make money also. The Bible says to seek Christ while He may be found, and if anyone wants to sincerely and desperatly wants to know the truth, not what religion, man, history or whateversays, and seeks after it then i know God will show you through someone or an event, whatever He has to do to get you attention He will show you. The Bible should be taken by faith and read romans to find out what Christ thinks about sin,salvation, faith, and anything else and once you finish it read on through, cause it gets better.

I think because we are all different. Look around. We were made different from each other. So different beliefs and lifestyles. That brings me to another point. Then who is right and who is wrong? Do you see a chinese being born out of a black man and woman? No. Do you see a black child being born to a white couple? No. Each and everyone is different and unique in our living. That is where we make different choices too. So why are there those who think they are right and others wrong? Why do some of us think we have the answers and are therefore allowed to destroy the beliefs of others and kill them? Why do we legally steal other people's property and think it is ours? I have not been able to answer this question. If you can, let me know.

We are not all divided that way. I don't claim any religion but I believe something in each religion. I don't label myself because that would separate me from others. Throw away your label and don't divide yourself or anyone else.
