There are 23 Catholic Churches in Tokyo. Here is a link to the Archdiocese of Tokyo website with the location of each one: http://www.tokyo.catholic.jp/eng_frame.html

The nicest might be St. Mary's Cathedral.

With love in Christ.

Check out http://www.cbcj.catholic.jp/eng/index.htm. There are 16 dioceses in Japan so I'm sure you can find a good church close by! There's a map on the site as well. God Bless!

whynotaskdon: Catholicism is not a cult or pagan. You honestly need to be informed before you make such accusations. All Christian faith branched off from the Catholic Church so wouldn't that make you a cult member if you're Christian?

There are very little Christians in Japan, even in Tokyo. Churches are mainly for the youngsters who choose to get married Western-style.

Tokyo is a great place to explore with such friendly people. I wouldn't waste time and energy going to church.

I dont think there are any! The govenment is very against Cults in Japan.

They have multi shrines etc. but nothig is supported by the government.

Check with a Christian Book Store when you arrive -- they can point you to an upstairs TRUE CHRISTIAN CHURCH!
