I just started to go back to church a couple of months ago.I have always believed in God and that he died for my sins. We had a death in the family and it hit me very hard so I have been seeking God for answer. So I'm not sure if I need to be baptisted again.

If God granted us free will, how is it that during the last supper Jesus (God), told the gathered apostles that "one of them would betray him", the one being Judas. Where was Judas' free will? Just before his arrest Jesus, (God) told Simon Peter that "before the rooster crowed three times he would betray him", again, where was Peter's free will? Is free will selective? It seems to me, either we have free will or we do not. If we do not, how can we be held accountable for anything we do by a just God? If we have no free will as my examples seem to indicate, the atonement is meaningless, since we had no choice in the matter.

How do you correlate free will with an all knowing God? The two concepts are mutually excluding.

Why do Christians insist on converting the whole world? Haven't they read the part in the New Testiment where a gentile woman came to him and he rejected her because she wasn't Jewish?

I asked other questions concerning modesty and seem to have let some area's a little too open. What I am asking is why do some women not understand that there is a difference between dressing attractively and dressing to attract. You attract for the most part what you put bait out for. Do you want gentlemen or thugs?

Son of God never tried to convince all his own tribesmen Jews, because he wanted them to go to hell? So logically he even was not sincere to his own tribesmen otherwise he would have told them loud and clear that he is the son of God and never let them get his blood on their hands?

Christianity is not a requirement as for as trying to be Jesus like and all the other stuff you engage in or try to make people believe, that to be a true Christian you must do and act a certain way, go to church, read the bible, give 10% and so on.
None of these thing are required to be saved by Jesus, you can do these thing if you wish, but you don’t have to

I know it is going to attract a lot of attention ~ that is not my intention.

We read in the Bible that no one can see God and live. Infact these words are spoken by God himself to Moses, when moses asked to see his glory. The LORD God answered, "you shall see my back, but not my face, for no man can see me and live". Yet, a little further on we read that Aron and Mirriam found fault with Moses since he had married an Ethiopian woman. They said "has God trully spoken only through Moses, has he not spoken through us also". And God heard it. God called the three(Moses, Aron and Miriam) to the tarbanacle of the meeting. Then he called Miriam and Aron, and they went forward. The LORD, said: "Now listen to my words. If there is any prophet among you, I speak to him in a vision. I reveal myself to him in a dream. But not so with my servant moses. He is faithful in all my house. I speak with him face to face, even plainly, not in dark sayings. He even sees the form of God".

So did he?

Someone who dies never knowing Jesus, lives a humble existence but obviously "denies" the holy spirit, he might drink once in a while and fornicate, but what would that matter since he's denying God, right?
Or...
someone who has a methodical tortured soul, someone who has raped, tortured and killed children, women, animals, manipulates people, lies as a personality trait, molests children when he's not killing them, practices abortions, and is FILTHY RICH? but, late in life he repents and asks for forgiveness, practically on his death bed, assuming he is "honest" with God,
who has more chance of going to hell?

I'm a God fearing Christian, but I often wonder about the confusion in regards to judgement day, purgatory, heaven & hell. I'm beginning to think that maybe purgatory is reliving your life on earth over and over until you get it right...which is hopefully before the 2nd coming of Christ and judgement day.
