Jews have what's known as tshuva (return). We stray from the path, ask forgiveness, and return. One can always "return" no matter how far you've strayed. There are many cycles in Judaism -- way to much too explain here or even in years of study.
Christian salvation seems to have something to do with heaven. Jews believe that everyone has a share in the afterlife.
Jews have borrowed the heaven/hell concept from Christians, but it doesn't really come from Judaism.
For dazzlingblack: Yes, all have a share in the afterlife, including punishment. But He is a God of justice and those of us who haven't committed atrocities don't fear His wrath.
What takes precedence for Jews is LIFE here on earth -- not the afterlife.

For Jews, "salvation" is a matter of personal action and choices.
If you seek to do good works, pray, and follow G-d's Law (Mitzvot), try to make right what you may have made wrong (or done Mitzvot with a penitent heart to balance what you can't fix), then when you die you will be able to stand being in G-d's light (ever see a little kid with a guilty concience try to look Mom or Dad in the eye?). You bring your spirit's own sense of comfort with you when you die.
No matter how uncaring and unconcerned even the worst criminal apepars, their deepest, subconscious awareness of their deeds will follow them into the afterlife. And they will not be able to enjoy being near G-d.
The absence of G-d in your life (now or after death) is the Jewish concept of negative consequences for evil deeds... and is driven by one's own awarenes, not G-d's judgement. We are harsh enough on ourselves.
G-d does step in when entire communities become so negative in their behaviors that it interferes with individual spiritual growth... therefore the Sodom and Gomorrah story. The communities were so filled with negativity that the potential for goodness was completely squelched... the proof of this being that neither city had even 10 good people.
And so G-d picked up his pencil, turned it eraser-first, and scrubbed.
And it is also why Jewish communities focus on the minyan... the existence of at least 10 attendees to services, community meetings regarding charitable action, etc. To always ensure that no matter how bad things get, at least 10 people are growing in good works.... for the sake of the community in which they live.

If by Salvation you mean redemption from sin due to Christ's death on the cross, the answer is no. The annual holiday (i.e. Holy Day) of Yom Kippur is the Day of Atonement for Jews. Through fasting, praying and atoning for one's sins against God, one achieves forgiveness. For personal sins against other people, one must reconcile with them first.
The God of "The Holy Scriptures" is a bit more demanding than the Lord of the New Testament.

Yes, we believe in salvation, but we do not believe it is achieved through a human sacrifice such as someone dying for our sins. That is a totally pagan concept that Christianity absorbed from the Roman god Mithra (who, in their mythology, sacrificed himself and rose from the dead in 3 days) and the Egyptian myth of Osirus (who also rose from the dead in 3 days.) Salvation for Jews is through following the way of life that God gave us in the Torah, Prophets, and Sacred Writings (which include other Jewish commentaries, too, not just the Five Books of Moses.)

There are many different kinds of Jews, so what they believe may diffeer a great deal. I think salvation is teaching my son to read better and reading to my 98-year-old Grandmother.

We're God's chosen people. Hell is an entirely Christian idea: Jews go to heaven no matter what; it's automatic. We have nothing to be saved from.
