Speaking the word of GOD expresses from the speaker he is into the word of GOD by reading the bible and talking about it.

In conversations with others, after reading the word and understanding it... we can relate to the bible for our answers and choices.

In order to be holy we must read and live by the word. When someone expresses what they have read they are trying to convience us to overcome certain situations and to do the will of GOD.

Caring for others and removing dead works is what some people get when the word is expressed. Abandoning "our" way and learning his way from others express is how we learn to change.
