why separate them at all? why would we want to separate the genders? in this age of "freedom of everything" why is gender separation ok? if i remember correctly, seems like a lot of people have a problem separating bathrooms by race. if it's for sexuality reasons, then that creates a "slippery slope" by suggesting that we should have homosexual bathrooms. if it's to protect the "innocence" of children, well, just visit some of these other forums. it's okay for a gay couple to adopt. please, honest open discussion. don't use this as a soapbox to promote your opinion or put someone down.

call me a naive person, but i dont really get why its called good friday if jesus died. also, i recently moved to a different city, but its in the same county. the school district of my old city always had good friday off (for public schools), but my new city doesn't!!! i live in the oc. does anyone know why some districts take that friday off and others don't??

Three qualifiers.

First, I'm talking so close that an average sized person has a very tough time or can't get in on the driver's side.

Second, there are no extenuating circumstances causing the bad parking job (e.g. small spot, person on other side parked badly, etc.) We're talking just a plain bad parking job and they were too lazy and inconsiderate to straighten it out.

Third, when I say "key," I'm talking something in the neighborhood of a 2 foot scrape with the key on the fender or door.

when you project so much of your own standards onto someone else, they tend to lose some respect for you. I've come to realize this based on the fact that you are not really allowing someone to be who they really are, and instead you're dictating to them how they should live their life. This is very different from offering guidance and wise advice. Do you find this to be true as well?
