Should I dress up a lot or not so much? I don't have a polo shirt either so it's either dress shirt or no dress shirt.

Use your bed sheets and make a "Toga" don't forget the Olive leaves ... (giggle)
Dress shirts are very nice, I'd go with it.

Black pants and a dress shirt. Tie is optional, but don't go with a jacket. Smile a lot and remember to look into the interviewers' eyes when answering questions. Also, be prepared with a few questions for them, like "What opportunities for advancement does the company offer?" and "What are you looking for in a good employee?"

Good luck! :)

Dress your best; dress to impress!
One girl said "this is JUST an interview at Olive Garden"
Last time I checked, they are a pretty big franchise and do very well. (Not to mention delicious food!)
They value their employees and you value your time. They value their time as well. Neither of you wants to waste the other persons time and I suggest that if you were in their position you would hire the person who took the time to better their appearance and went into the interview as thoughtful, not sloppy.

Knock 'em dead hunny :)

Wear the dress shirt if you want the job. Don't look like a slob, and tuck in your shirt. Dress your best!

I was always taught, that no matter what your getting interviewed for nice black slacks and a modest top are perfect. I was also taught, no heels. Wear flats. The first impression you make is the one when you're walking up to great the person interviewing you, and if you stummble that doesn't give a good impression.

Dressing up you can never go wrong. If you dress down and they are looking for a semi-formal appearance, you'll be looked down upon. However, If you dress up and they're only expecting you to be dressed casuallly, they'll be pleasantly surprised...

Wear a collar. Wear black and white. Speak like you're on some sort of happy drug, and say nothing negative about anyone. You'll get the job.
