Dude, HELL, YEAH!!!! There was a student teacher that I had work with a few of my teachers back in elementary school and she was like in her late 50s or early 60s. This woman wore on SO much makeup that she LITERALLY looked like a clown! I SWEAR that she is probably grotesque without it! Also, a few years ago at work, there were these two ladies (one of them in her 50s and the other one possibly in her mid to late 40s) who wore on SO much makeup that if they were to go out in public without makeup (and I have NEVER seen them WITHOUT makeup; I've also NEVER seen the student teacher without makeup either!), people would run like hell after one glance at them!

Not necessarily. A lot of beautiful women wear make up all the time -well when they are in public gaze- in order to look better. Even those who wear make up all the time, as you put it, they do so in order to improve their look. The question of insecurity hardly arise from the look of someone. Insecurity is a result of being in a fear of getting attacked. Having said that, it is quite possible that some women are not comfortable with their natural look and therefore without make up might feel unhappy and possibly ugly. But that is far from being insecured.

All the best!/
