If not, how have you changed? And what do you think you will look like four or five years down the road?

I think people generally look the same in their 20's. The most pronounce changes seem to occur between your teenage years and your mid 20's.

Well, you answered your question yourself. If you ask me, yes I do look pretty much the same when I was 16 years old. Now I am 20. The face and body changes generally after 20. But when a person reaches 20, s/he does develop some hight.

Lets see, I'm 27 and five years ago I looked pretty much the same as now. However I do have a little grey hair now and even after 2 kids I'm still the same weight as before I had any.

in my 20's i was thinner, but much fitter than i am now! i am 45 now, and am much heavier than back then. i was 165 at age 25, and am now 245! of course, drinking lots of beer and smoking did not help me!! i no longet smoke, or drink, and exercise daily but find the weight is hard to lose! a persons metabolism changes as we age!
