OK, I'm 14, and I am just starting to learn french on my own. (Using programs, watching French movies, etc.) and I was thinking about it. If I speak French, will I have an "American Accent"? How would it differ from a native French speaker?

It's about how Wealthy people claim there's no inequality in India.
And it says: "Those claims come invariably from those who have done very well for themselves in the past decade. From those with consultancies with the World Bank, the IMF, the WTO."
Does that mean that they GOT consultation from IMF etc??

My pen pal lives in Paris and we usually speak in English because I only know like 2 words in French but this letter she wrote in French only a few lines:

I am getting married next Saturday and have just finished a pencil drawing of my fiance and I kissing by the river. I am going to unveil and present it to her at our reception. I want to write along the top the Latin phrase that translates "You mean everything to me" or "You mean the world to me." I was wondering if somebody who knew latin could translate it or could give me the name of a service that will.

I want to learn Japanese. I don't know why, I just feel like it. ^_^ Hiragana is the easiest way I have of learning it, and I don't know any Kanji at all. Can you, instead of writing in Kanji all the time, write in Hirigana, as long as the word makes sense?

When I first learnt French at school we sang a song parrot fashion. From what I made out I believd it to be about a mother forgetting a feather and needing to buy another, but have never been quiet sure! This is what I sang - can anyone correct the French and tell me the correct story?
