The base adjective is "loco."

For a male (he's crazy!), unknown (They were crazy to do that!) or (a masculine) object (That was a crazy trip.), use "loco."

He's Crazy - El está loco.
They were crazy to do that - Estaban loco para hacer eso.
That was a crazy trip - Eso fue un viaje loco.

For a female (She's crazy!) or (a feminine) object (That was a crazy vacation), use "loca."

She's Crazy - Ella está loca.
That vacation was crazy - Esa vacación fue loca.

Pluralize by adding an S :)
