My (slightly nonsensical) translation:
The registered statistics indicate a minimum average during the ‘80s and ‘90s outside ships began to enter and the commerce of the island extended to be the main supplier of the region, that or was a forest enclave dominated by the colonizing companies.

Aunque tu no te des cuenta

Siempre habra un amigo q te quiera

Y aunque tu no lo veas

Siempre habra alguien q te entienda

Ve quienes son tus amigos

Los q te quieren de verdad

Los q rien y lloran contigo

Los q no te hacen sentir mal

A esas personas q te quieren

Dejan

De pensar en ti

Porque les importas

Demasiado ¡¡¡¡¡¡

manda esto a 10 o mas amigos

y a la persona q te lo mando

y cuando te lo regresen

vas a ver quien si te quiere y quien no

Blue Island Police will be on hand to assist us with orderly and safe filming procedures and to make sure that neighborhood inconvenience is kept to a minimum. In order to accomplish our filming in a safe and efficient fashion, we are asking that you consider the following factors.

Our trucks and equipment will be parked in some of the lanes in Broadway Estates at the front, along Broadway Street. Because we will be in close proximity to most of these houses, we ask that you consult with our Production Assistants as you leave your homes and return home in order that you and your children and older people are safe and are not in the ‘picture’ as we are filming. We also wish to ask that you consider our sound recording while we are filming dialogue scenes.
