The difference in 1 and 2 is one of degree. The word exhausted implies an extreme state of tiredness and surpasses or goes beyond the implication of being just very tired. Unfortunately, expression 3 is often used by teenagers. But some adults use the expression also. It is not something usually said among polite society, because the word "fuXXing" is considered a vulgarity. Expression 4 is usually considered slang, but it also implies an extreme degree of tiredness, perhaps even more so than expression number 2. Here's a website which speaks of the origin of the word "pooped." Just do a word find on the page to locate it.

1. I´m very tired. (a common expression, standard English, = lacking in energy)
2. I´m very exhausted. (a common expression, standard English, = completely lacking in energy, sounds more tired)
3. I´m fuXXing tired. (an impolite superlative, in this case "FuXXing" = very very, "sounds like teen-aged speech"; as a second-language speaker, I wouldn´t use this form)
4. I´m pooped. (a common expression, slang, = tired; as a second-language speaker, it would be okay to use this form)
