How would you say or explain the term "slang" in spanish?

My friend is having trouble explaining that she can't translate slang very well online to a guy she is dating. How would you explain it? Is there a term that describes slang or a word? Thanks.

How do you you distinguish between when to use "se" and "le" in Spanish?

For example...
Daselo is correct, but why isn't Dalelo correct?

What about "les"?

For example, if you are given the question..
"Debo decirles la verdad?"

Would the answer be
No, no se la digas

or

No, no les la digas?
