Cierto o falso; cuando los chicos llegaron a narnia, estaba invierno en narnia?

is there anything wrong with this question? besides the upside down questionmark in the front?

¿Cierto o falso? Cuando los chicos llegaron a narnia, era invierno en narnia.

Upside down and up questionmark is neccesary because is a question. As the last sentence is affirmative it doesn’t need questionmark.

Cierto o falso: Cuando los chicos llegaron a Narnia, era invierno en Narnia.

To me is better to say "era invierno en Narnia", than "estaba invierno en narnia?"

This is the only mistake I found.

As sway2021 said, in true or false questions you don't need question mark, because the sentece is affirmative.

Try this:
Cierto o falso; cuando los chicos llegaron a narnia, ERA invierno en narnia.

I think that true-false questions don't need questionsmarks...

the best way for this would be:
Cierto o Falso: Cuando los chicos llegaron a Narnia era invierno.

because when you do a true or false you need to use a statement, the reader can then decide if the statement is right or wrong.

And by the way, is true, it was winter. lol

at the beginning beside the upside down question mark: the capital C in cuando and Narnia, accent mark above the letter "u"and the word "estaba" is not the right congugation of estar/ser.
