Everyone before is correct, but I would like to point out that there is no Hebrew equivalent to Thomas, so it's being transliterated phoenetically. Isaac has a Hebrew equivalent (Yitzkhak). Yotg has given both the Hebrew equivalent and the phonetic transliteration.
