I believe that these are all correct in different countries and under different circumstances. Here in Argentina we would say Competencia de Natación most often, but Campeonato de Natación might also be possible.
In English might you not also say...
Swimming Championship
Swim Meet
Swimming Contest
Swimming Trials
Swimming Championships
and they would be correct in different circumstances? So there is not just one answer.

¿(tu) nadas? - casual ¿(usted) nada? -formal ¿(vosotros) nadais? - singular plural ¿(ustedes) nadais? - formal plural you could say the tu/usted/vosotros/ustedes in case you want to notwithstanding it isn't 100% needed
