I am currently teaching my five year old niece and my 1 year old nephew American Sign Langauge. They catch on to that fine. But how should I teach them a spoken language like French? I've read a few psychology books and I know that if it's not taught properly, they will not know neother english or french fluently. How can I teach them? What is the best way that won't confuse them?

I'm not talking about the band Wang Chung. Does it mean anything? The ones who answer this and have anything to do with "Everybody have fun tonight", will not get best answer. Really, think if you don't know. WHat could this mean if you don't know the real meaning (because I sure don't:).

Ok. I missed the whole explaination in my Japanese II class the other day, and I just need a lil help. Here's an example of what I'm stuck on. What's the difference between these two sentences?:

Aisukuriimu o tabete iru Kodomo
Kodomo ga tabete iru aisukuriimu

I pretty sure the first one just means, 'The child who is eating ice cream' - but I'm not sure how to translate the second one.

I hope someone out there knows japanese :)

There are many races living harmoniously in Singapore and everyone speaks English and thier mother tongue, when come to recruitment they advertise that Mandarin is prefered, could read as only "Chinese" need to apply.
Employers may specify language requirement in their job advertisement. Only if it is a requirement for the employee to be proficient in that particular language to be effective in the job applied for. If language is a genuine job requirement, the need for it should be stated clearly in the job advertisement.

I need to know how to write, "I look forward to us cooking together, and experimenting with new recipes." in spanish. Or something close to that. I'm buying my mother-in-law a cook book (because we're both into cooking) and I want to write that inside. Can someone please help! I can write something else, I just want it to be written in spanish because she understands spanish better, and I think it's a great idea.

I've been trying to learn Eastern Arabic online, and I noticed there is also an Egyptian Arabic program. I'd like to know if they differ much from one another, which countries speak each and which is the most used.

Thanks in advance.

Translate this!

My room is large. I have this really nice lamp that illuminates the whole room. My closet holds most of the junk and summer clothes. I have wall to wall carpeting and the carpet is beige. My walls are a greenish blue color.

For school I need more pens and pencils . I need to get a new backpack because its too big for my locker. I also need a booksock for my science book. I want to get shelves for my locker so my books are more organized.

I wake up at 6 am for school. I get ready and Ileave at 7:20 to catch the bus. My first class is either gym or health depending on which day it is. My favorite class is social studies. My least favorite class is math. Then at 2:40 the bell rings and everyone rushes off to their bus.
