Your question is confusing. The first word you have is taken from the word Acabar or to have just done something. I think the word you have is misspelled. I've never seen that form before but I think it's taken from the third person singular which would be spelled ......acaba.


Now "acabar de +the infinitive" is the formula for to have just done something. So in your sentence you have comprar which means to buy.

So............

It seems your sentence is saying:
he just bought........
or

she just bought...........

*note* the .......... indicate the sentence is incomplete, becuase there is no indication as to what was bought.

"acababa de comprar"means I have just finished buying

Or If its "acaba de comprar" means I have just bought.
