Did anyone ever notice that tech support people based in India often use identical phrases. Some examples are:"Thank you for that information" "That is true"
I'm curious if they are taught to say certain responses.

I have always been able to pick up foreign languages quite easily. When I was in Germany I was pretty fluent after about 9 mos. I taught myself Spanish and had never met a Spanish person until I was 20. I learned some French when I was 10 and many phrases. People who hear me are surprised that I'm American. My question is why does it come so easy for me? Is there a name for this? I also understand when a non-English speaking peron is try to talk to me. Any advice or answer. (I know it sounds wierd)
