the closest english soud to the -lh- sound is -ly-.
so you get
moolyer
olyar
brilya
caralyo
filyos

the actual sound is an "palatal lateral aproximant":

I try my best here, phonetically writing can be a bit difficult, so I thought the best way to show you these words is to write in English how the words sound in Portuguese.

Mulher woman
If a word ends in a consonant (m, r, l, z, but not s), the stress falls on the last syllable. Like the "ll" in Old French, or the "ll" in "the official"
Unfortunately, there is no English equivalent...

So best is
"moo" for mu (cows make this sound)

"le" for lh (as in LEt )

"air" for lher (the air we breath)
so putting things together: moo le ar

Olhar o+liar (as in liar)
Brilha bree+lea (Lea:name)
C... the lho is: lee+o, not a very nice word
Filhos same as previous +s
lhe same as in mulher but no r
When pronouncing these words your tongue goes to the back of your front teeth, similar to the TH in English where your tongue goes up and touch the teeth, just remember to touch the back of front teeth.
Good luck.
