I am in South Eastern Massachusetts. I homeschool my 2 children, so I have a flexible schedule. I do not have a lot of money!! Are there inexpensive resources, in my area, where I can learn Greek?
My grandfather was born in Greece, but when he came to the U.S., he became part of his new country. He stopped speaking Greek, and learned to speak, read, and write English. He never spoke to anyone in Greek, except to swear on occasion. LOL
I would like to reclaim some of my heritage, so if anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Thank you!!

Hi, I am from Taiwan and my friend is going to have an art exhibition. She is going to donate all the money from selling the paintings to the church. And she describes her paintings as "early fruits".
How do I say that correctly?
"These early fruits are tributes to God. The money collected from selling the paintings in this exhibition will be donated to the church. Glory and honor to Him. "
Are these sentences correct?
Any correction will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am trying to reply to questions about a story in Spanish. no freetranslations.com please

So please tell me how I would say the following in spanish:

3. I believe that the storm and the bum (use el vagabundo for the word bum) were complementry because the story created a mood of suspicion and trouble.

I really didn't want to waste my five points with this question but I've seen many questions about "iguana" (example: "if my iguana is naked on a tree, is it teasing me?"). In spanish this word has a meaning, but I dont think when people use it in english they mean the same. Iguana in spanish is an animal. What is it in english?

I am trying to reply to questions about a story in Spanish.

So please tell me how I would say the following (or pick one of them) in spanish:

3. I believe that the storm and the bum (use el vagabundo for the word bum) were complementry because the story created a mood of suspicion and trouble.

5. Mariana married Antonio for his money, although she loved someone else. No, it was not worth while because she wasn't meant to be with him.

9. The bum (el vagabundo) acted like he knew a secret about Mariana, but he didn't. Mariana acted very nervous because she thought the bum knew she cheated on Antonio. If I was in her situation, I would call the cops.

10. The author was talking about having a guilty conscience (spelling?) and secrets. He wanted to show that everybody has something they are guilty of.

11. I would not change the title because it is significant. The whole story is based on having a guilty conscience. I believe that the title is appropriate.
