No it's not present. In present, it will be:

Je veux acheter un aller-retour

Conjugate your verbs, and then it will be in the present tense:
Nous embarquons dans l'avion à neuf heures.
Je veux acheter un aller-retour.

Anyways, J'aime francais. Et toi? Je m'appelle Nicolas. Au revoir.

What are you trying to say?

Translated: We are boarding the plane at 9
Translated: I wanted to buy a return (ticket)

I think you should say: On embarque l'avion `a neuf heures
and Je veux acheter un aller-retour.

Hi,
they are not present.

In present it would be :

Nous embarquons dans l'avion à neuf heures.
Je veux acheter un aller-retour.

The first one is "passé composé" (it's "nous avons embarqué" not "embarquer". The second one is "conditionnel présent" (by the way, it's "voudrais" Probably just a typo). And Nourita is right.
