Try Lebanese????

By the way, it's "do" not "does"!?!?

It's a dialect of Arabic, loosely speaking!?!?

Many of them also speak French and some do speak English, too!?!?

They speak 3 main languages:

1- Arabic
2- French
3- English

All the Lebanese should know at least 2 of these languages.

Are you trolling, sunshine? There is no Lebanese language. Repeat after me: there is no Lebanese language. The national language of Lebanon is Arabic, and written Arabic is the same everywhere, although spoken dialects can be as different from each other as Rumanian from Spanish. I can't possible figure out where you got this idea that there is a Lebanese language.
