François is a first name. So using it here won't make any sens.

for I speak a little French you can say : "je parle un peu français"

I will add a little something. In French we don't put a capital letter at the beginning of a language name like in English :
- French = français
- German = allemand
- English = anglais

Je parle un peu de français.

Better would be:

Mon français est très limité.

"Je parle un peu de français." (not françois)
