How does one transliterate and or translate the capitalized email titles in Hebrew (using only one or two words for each title)?

ADD GROUP
RATE USER
SEND (As in Send a message)
FORWARD (As in Forward to a friend)
ADD FRIENDS
ADD FAVORITES
INSTANT MESSAGE
BLOCK USER

For the titles that include the word "ADD", I can substitue with the plus sign in order to shorten it since I am not provided much space for more than 2 words.

I'm having problems accessing this board. I will keep trying to check for responses. Thanks in advance for anticipated responses. bhalil@aim.com

Hi, Spanish is my native language, and I speak English also but not perfectly so I need to know how to say this in English, please:

1.Se habla español.(it is not “I know how to speak Spanish”, because the noun is not “I”, its in general, like when you go to a restaurant and there is a sign on the door)

2.Soluto (you know, in chemistry there is a solution, made by the mixture of a solvent and a…?. Like salt and water; water is the solvent, salty water is the solution and salt is… “soluto”!)

Thanks

Do I say, "Juan le gusta el cuento de Caperucita Roja" or
"A Juan le gusta el cuento de Caperucita Roja" or something else?
Sorry my Spanish is rusty. Native speakers and Spanish students appreciated for this. I am trying to remember if it's "Juan le gusta" or "A Juan le gusta" since I'm not sure if the "a" gives it emphasis.

Is ok if the third speaker says:

A) How about going to another country?
B) I thnink it is a very good idea. And you, C?
C) I disagree that that idea is a good one...

Is the C's "that that" ok? In lots of circumstances I found myself in situations alike. How can I say that differently?

Tnx!!
