Is ok if the third speaker says:

A) How about going to another country?
B) I thnink it is a very good idea. And you, C?
C) I disagree that that idea is a good one...

Is the C's "that that" ok? In lots of circumstances I found myself in situations alike. How can I say that differently?

Tnx!!

There is no strict rule against saying "that that", it still makes sense, but there are better ways to say this. You could try.

A) How about going to another country?
B) I think it is a very good idea. And you, C?
C) I disagree WITH that idea.

or, if you would like some others:

C) I disagree, I think that is a bad idea because...

or

C) I do not agree with you, I think that we should...

When you have to say "that that " in english it is not easy, but you should try to use other words to replace one of the "that"'s.

I hope that helps.

Yes, there are many instances when it is grammatically correct use duplicate words like that. However, your word choice is pretty awkward. To keep the double "that" in the sentence, it would be better to say "I don't think that that is a good idea". It would be even better to eliminate the double that and say "I don't think that is a good idea". Hope this helps!

" I disagree With the idea " sounds better. Or: " I don't think that idea is a good one... Something inside me is telling that disagree is always followed by With (something/someone), but I have to check this, prepositions are almost always tricky...
Hint ; when in doubt, rearrange the sentence.

I disagree that the idea is a good one. or that your idea is a good one.

If it were spoken, you could use both that's and the inflection in your tone would differentiate them.

it's improper to say "that that", but English speaking people still say it, the correct sentence is: "I disagree that THIS/YOUR idea is a good one..." or say it like "I don't agree with your idea."
