We keep hearing how "one day" Spanish will overtake English in the USA and become the majority language- it can't happen fast enough, as far as I'm concerned. Listen to the way they garble the English language, even with their limited vocabularies.

Surely the USA will be less ridiculed when they adopted Spanish? I notice much of Texas is bilingual already. And just think how much fun the Spanish Yahoo answers community will have, when they find the USA answers community has been amalgamated with THEIRS for a change!

I moved here to America when I was five, and even then I spoke Russian fluently. But I forgot it all as the years have gone by. Now, I'm 16 and my family is buying Russian channels (including the news, children shows, etc.) Considering that TV practically owns my entire life, will I relearn Russian?

Does anyone know of another language besides Japanese that has a different conjugation for the suffering passive tone or is it a truly original Japanese linguistical concept. (which honestly there aren't too many)

You are the love of my life. We have been so close, yet so far apart. No matter where my life takes me, my heart is set on you. Like a blossom growing, our friendship gets stronger everyday. Hanging out everyday has drawn my attention to you, feeling safe and closer makes a part of me happier than the other. All the laughs we have had together have become a part of my life and you will always remain in my heart forever.

Please tell me how to wish a Happy Birthday to a male in Arabic. Some phrases which go along with "Happy Birthday" could be also very useful...or maybe something like Happy Birthday my love, I hope all your wishes will come true.

Don't use the Arabic symbols please. I would prefer if you could tell me this in Egyptian accent but any Arabic accent will be also welcome. Thanks in advance.

Ok my question is i want to translate "imagine" and "imagination" into latin for a tattoo i want, but i have to make sure the translation is right so there's no mess ups. So if anyone out there could help it'd mean a lot. Also i did some research myself and im not sure but i think theres different kinds of latin like different kinds of english so if there is i would want the kind of latin that they used in "passion of the christ", but any translations would be help full. thanks for the help.
