asked a portuguese guy to write down something in portuguese for me and he wouldn't tell me what it was in english, the spelling might be a bit off, and I think this is of an explicit nature, given I can't find some of these words in the online translators.

What does mean"for under".I searched in the dictionary but I didn't get it according with this part:"but perhapes the most important key to its sucess is its happy,well-trainned staff.
