It simply means in that land called fantasy you are really happy that you live.
You really enjoy being alive.
You love (=like very very much) your life (=being alive, being you, being here).
Wow, this is hard to explain because I don't know why you don't understand that part... I hope my answer helps you.
...In contrast to our normal everyday lives, where we are not always happy, in that land called fantasy we are always happy. It is like a law (decree) there - everyone is happy and loves to be there and enjoys his/her life. Why? Because in fantasy, everything is possible. We can imagine anything we want. There are no limits, we are completely free. And so all our wishes come true, and we always have everything we need to be happy. Just by fantasizing about it. There are also no problems, no reasons not to love life. So everyone can be completely happy and love life in fantasy.

I would say that normally "loving life" means that the person is happy with their life and has no desire to trade it in for the other option. See if that fits with the rest of the song.

Depends on how you define love.
Biblical love means to lay ones life down for another, to put another as more important than ourselves. So Loving life ????
