Mario,
How are you doing? Hopefully good! well to start things off, i want to say that I am really sorry for not calling you, i guess i was just scared to love you, and not be able to see you. But i think you should know that i haven't stopped thinking about you since the day i left!I know you probably hate me, and i understand! I still remember the days we spent together and i don't think i could ever forget that! I want to let you know that i still care about you and i have been wanting to call you, but i think the reason why i haven't is because i was scared and insecure. I hope it is not too late to talk to you and try to be friends. I just thought I'd write to you because i haven't stopped thinking about you since the day i left. Can you just please write back to me? i just need to hear from you and know how u are doing!

I am reading a book witch is playfull language-wise … I know it may be kind of difficult to understand even for english speakers but I am curious and am asking for a little help:

These can be difficult even for a native speaker because the author is very playfull.

Behind the courtain a standing couple is makingf love, the person looking at their feet says: I took note of orange boots, of the tiny chockie kick-offs in varios placements. (what is chokie kick-offs?)

His encouragement from so “far in”, took note of our work´s problems (Does from so far in means very honest?)

Her hair pulled back toward spinster bun-dom fell short. (bun-dom?)
