You can also do some self-learning by watching TV or movies in that language, take some courses and make some friends who are able to teach you to speak the language.

The best way to learn a foreign language without taking classes is to practice speaking it with someone who already speaks the language. That is actually the easier way to do it. It will be more fluent. It makes sense!

The best way to learn a language perfectly with grammatical intonation and exact pronunciation is to speak with the same kind of people or by watching the television channel of the same language, also by reading the newspaper of that language. This will create the eagerness to learn things through that language so this is the easy way.
One more secret way to learn it quickly is just start to think and speak yourself in the language that you are interested. If you start to think in that language, automatically you can bring you speech in your control to speak fluently and perfectly.
