It's Danish, and means "it sounds just nice".

Det = It, that
lyder = sounds (vb)
bare = just
hyggeligt = nice, pleasant, cosy (etc)

Well.. yes, it is Danish... or Norwegian bokmål (both could be as they are very close). But I have to disagree. "Hyggelig" is an adjective (it is declined here). It means "enjoyable, nice". "å lyde" (here it is conjugated) means "to sound".

So.. it acutally says:
"That sounds just nice".
