"I'm eating the apple again"
In this case 'vuelvo' doesn't mean that you are going back to some place, just that you are doing something again.

This has got to be an idiomatic expression and doesn't mean what it literally translates into - "I'm going to eat the apple again" or "I'm here to eat the apple again."
Could it have something to do with being naughty? Does the "manzana" represent the forbidden fruit? Or, does "eating the apple" represent having sex perhaps?
If it is an idiomatic expression, it may be specific to a certain hispanic culture, area, or country. I've lived in several parts of Mexico and I don't ever remember hearing this expression. But, it looks suspiciously like a "saying".

it can mean 3 things.
1. I eat the apple again.
2. I return to eat the apple.
3. I will return to eat the apple.
#1 is more likely. As a way of saying "I've done it again!" a la Adam in the Garden of Eden.

well i know "vuelvo a comer la manzana" in spanish that means i'm going to eat the apple again........... i hope that helped...
