"Take a bow" refers to the moment when a performer comes to the front of the stage to bow to the audience and receive their applause. It is a way of complimenting a person on a personal achievement.

"Four to the floor" seems to have its origin in music and conducting in "four time". Four to the floor or four-on-the-floor is a nickname given to a type of dance music characterized by a rhythmic pattern where the kick drum falls on each beat in 4/4 time. Popularized in the 1960s and in the disco music of the 1970s. Today, most popular music, and nearly all dance music, is written in 4/4 time.

Examples of music that are referred to as "four to the floor" are disco, house, techno and trance. There is a common misconception that 4/4 and "four to the floor" can be used interchangeably. However, one must differentiate between the time signature and the rhythmic programming of a song, and much music written in the time signature 4/4 does not use the "four to the floor" pattern.

Four to the floor is also a drummer's term, which usually relates to feathering (striking very lightly) the bass drum for all beats of a 4/4 bar in jazz.

Take a bow is from show business, referring to an actor coming out after the performance and receiving the applause for his
efforts, taking a bow as the audience applauds. It is used also
to refer to a person accepting the appreciation of others for a job
they have done well.
4 on the floor refers to a stick shift on a manual transmission car
that is on the "floor " of the car, not on the steering column. It
generally is used only in regard to car transmissions, I don't recall
hearing it being used for anything else.

Sorry dlwelnel, he didn't have a level 5, he had level 1 - 4 but that is bad enough. See Timmyt's answer for an accurate description of the grading system for indecent images of children. 1 is naked pictures - 4 is sexual penetration, so in other words he has been looking at pictures of adults raping children. The only thing worse than a 4 is a 5 which is beastiality or sadism involving children. Any sexual thoughts or actions towards children is disgusting and sick. They need to bring back hanging for 'humans' like this.
