Hello. Can someone translate Seo Yeon in Hanji for me? It sounds like this is a very popular name in Korea. A lot of girls have this name. Why?

I am British and still have my English accent.
An American at my club recently said that it was inappropriate for me to teach English because I had a "funny accent".

"Risky Corp would like to borrow money from Big Bank in a way that shields Big Bank's loan from Risky Corp's general business risk"

In this case, does "shields loan from its business risk" mean hide the business risk and tries to borrow money from bank with lower rate?

I'm thinking about learning it just for the hell of it, and I was wondering how long it would take. I know it's different from learning, say, Italian (which I also tried, but found it was too hard because it was so different from English)... but this might be different because it's just visually corresponding with verbal English words. Anybody have any insight on this?

This is apropos of the name of BOOKER Prize winning book titled 'The Inheritence of Loss.' I am of firm opinion that this name is grammatically incorrect.

Will somebody confirm whether the name of this prize-winning book is grammatically incorrect or not as 'of loss' is an adjecive phrase qualifying the words 'The Inheritance'? The word as it is now, 'The inheritance of Loss' means that 'the inheritence' belongs to 'the loss'.(loss's inheritance) It sound rather awkward. Pl advise and confirm.
